I honestly don't think you have anything to apologize for. You stated an opinion. Other people disagreed. We may all be Hokie fans, but that doesn't mean we have to (or should) agree all the time.

One person unnecessarily took the thread in a racial direction when you CLEARLY made no innuendo about that. In my opinion, THAT is the problem with where we are as a society...not what you said. There are plenty of people here who post stuff that I disagree with, but I'd strongly defend their right to be able to say it.
